Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on the 55bm platform. You must not share your login details with any third party. 55bm will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify 55bm support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
55bm accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods in Philippine Peso (PHP): GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. All transactions are subject to the minimum and maximum limits published on the 55bm platform, which may be updated from time to time.
Deposits are credited to your 55bm wallet in real time upon successful payment confirmation. 55bm's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit 55bm's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 55bm platform shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute through direct negotiation. Players may escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR's Player Dispute Resolution process where applicable.
